CTG is seeking to fill a Software Engineer III opening for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 8 months
Overview:
Lead and contribute to the design, development, and support of complex applications. Provide technical direction, create solutions to complex problems, and mentor less experienced team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute complex systems analysis, design, and development efforts.
Direct and mentor junior resources; coordinate project tasks and timelines.
Collaborate with Development, Operations, and Technology teams from analysis to testing.
Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and detailed test plans.
Evaluate technology solutions and recommend improvements or new tools.
Ensure compliance with risk, regulatory, and internal control standards.
Participate in budgeting, cost/benefit analysis, and business studies.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong experience with SQL Server, Angular, C#, .NET.
Associate's degree + 6 years systems analysis/application development, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency with application development tools, project management, and office software.
Experience coordinating between Applications and business units.
Proven ability to recommend, implement, and deliver system solutions.
Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Understanding of the Bank's application framework and supported systems.
Advanced knowledge of integrated applications and system-wide processes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team on complex projects.
Experience multitasking and handling BAU plus non-standard project activities.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $53.20 to $88.65. Salary offers are based on relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and licensure/certifications. In addition to salary, a competitive benefits package is offered. About Us:
