We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for you to take your software engineering career to the next level. As a Software Engineer III at JPMorgan Chase within the INTELLIGENT SOLUTIONS team, you serve as a seasoned member of an agile team to design and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. You are responsible for carrying out critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm\xe2\x80\x99s business objectives. Job responsibilities

• Evaluates existing processes, identify opportunities, provide technical expertise and guidance to optimize the performance and usability of Power automation solutions.
• Designs and develop efficient and scalable Power Automate flows by following industry best practices.
• Configures triggers, actions, conditions, and loops to create robust workflows.
• Integrates Power Automate with other Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel) for seamless data exchange, using connector\xe2\x80\x99s ,API\xe2\x80\x99s.
• Collaborates with business users to understand their needs and translate them into actionable automation solutions.
• Stays abreast of the latest Power Automate features and industry trends, incorporating best practices into our solutions. Strong understanding of backend development concepts and experience with custom coding.
• Provides Technical expertise to Citizen Developers.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience
• Expert knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps and the broader Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong understanding of business process automation concepts and proficient in developing custom connectors, workflows, and automation processes within the Power Platform
• Microsoft Power Platform Certifications (e.g., Power Platform App Maker, Power Platform Developer, Power Automate RPA Developer Associate)
• Ability to build flows using triggers, actions, conditions, and variables
• In-depth knowledge of Office 365 and Power Automate services, administration tools, and security features.
• Experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Networking concepts, Active Directory, and cloud computing principles.
• Exposure to cloud technologies
• Experience in working on a Center of Excellence model.
