How will you make an impact in this role?
The successful candidate for this role will work within Enterprise Identity supporting the platform uplift of Universal Customer Identification (UCID) and Customer Identification Service (CIS) to Enterprise Identity and any further POA solutions. UCID and CIS are an American Express' application which authenticates the Card Member and Banking customer that is in need of American Express customer care and services. These applications support all the Amex customers across channels (except MYCA). It services most customer service platforms globally, fulfilling the Amex brand commitments and servicing promise through flawless implementation of a modern highly configurable platform. The chosen candidate will be exposed to a wide range of technologies and challenges.
