Founded in mid-2020 at Harvard Business School, we have 400+ customers across tech, professional services, manufacturing, and finance to deliver engaging video content & digital events.

We're seeking a Software Engineer II to join our content repurposing team. The ideal candidate will be able to independently deliver medium to large features end-to-end, from design to production rollout. You'll be working on exciting projects such as improving our event timeline functionality, enhancing our clip customization features, and developing new pricing tier implementations.

Here's What You Need::
Ability to independently deliver medium/large features with ambiguous requirements Strong engineering design skills with the ability to write and review design documents Experience in video processing & AI/ML is a plus Good understanding of production systems and effective debugging skills Ability to collaborate effectively with product teams, designers, QA, and other stakeholders Experience in participating in code reviews, on-call rotations, and mentoring junior engineers Capability to take ownership of a small area of the product Familiarity with technologies like React, Java, Python, or Go, and cloud environments such as AWS Experience with database technologies like PostgreSQL 3+ years of experience Strong academic background preferably from top tier IITs/NITs
