You will play a key role in the creation and maintenance of cloud environments in AWS, supporting business-critical applications and participating in daily operations to ensure stability and performance.
Provision and configure new environments in AWS, including infrastructure components and required services.
Support application deployments and ensure all infrastructure dependencies are in place.
Monitor and maintain the health and performance of production and non-production environments.
Perform regular BAU operations, including patching, backups, and scheduled maintenance.
Troubleshoot incidents, analyze logs in Windows environments, and contribute to root cause analysis.
Collaborate with application teams and other stakeholders to support project and release activities.
Maintain documentation for systems, procedures, and operational tasks.
Participate in on-call support rotations when required.
2-4 years of experience in systems administration or cloud support.
Solid understanding of AWS core services (EC2, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.).
Good knowledge of Windows Server and related services (e.g., Active Directory, event logs, scheduled tasks).
Experience with application troubleshooting in Windows environments, including log analysis.
Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server (basic administration, backups/restores, connectivity troubleshooting).
Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, firewalls, load balancers, IP addressing, etc.).
Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, change, and problem management).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code is a plus.
Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., PowerShell) is a plus.
Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
