Role Overview
As a Junior AI Developer, you will support the development and deployment of AI/ML models in NLP, Vision, and structured data, assist in building prompt workflows for LLMs, and contribute to Azure-based AI deployments.
Key responsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain production services/APIs that integrate machine learning models; ensure high test coverage and clean, maintainable code. Develop data pipelines (ingest/clean/feature engineering), train/evaluate models (classic ML or DL). Ship via CI/CD, monitor runtime health (logs/metrics), and triage issues with support and product partners when escalated. Collaborate cross?functionally (product, QA, cloud/DevOps) to plan, refine, and deliver increments each sprint; participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing. Follow security gates and bug?bar policy (e.g., integrated static analysis and policy scans on release branches); remediate findings before deployment. Contribute to AI?enablement: maintain repo?specific AI instruction files (e.g., copilot-instructions.md) so Copilot/Agent Mode reflects our architecture and conventions. Good at cross team collaboration Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership

Skills requiredPython mastery plus one ML/DL framework (scikit?learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Langchain & Langraph ); clean, tested code and solid Git/CI discipline. Data pipelines in pandas/SQL; reproducible feature engineering and clear documentation of datasets and experiments. Should be proficient in vectorDB for ingestion/retrieval of data Model evaluation by writing integration test MLOps & serving: containerization (Docker), FastAPI/TorchServe, automated checks in CI/CD, safe rollbacks; tune latency/throughput. Awareness of code following guidelines from Bitsight and veracode GenAI/LLM & collaboration: prompt/schema design, LoRA/prompt?tuning, maintain repo AI instruction files; communicate trade?offs and mentor juniors. Good at RAG workflow Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT-4/GPT-4o, prompt engineering, function calling, structured outputs) Vector databases and embeddings
LangChain/LangGraph or similar AI orchestration frameworks Azure cloud platform (OpenAI, Redis, Cosmos DB, deployment pipelines) AI/ML: Azure OpenAI (GPT-4o, GPT-4o-mini), LangGraph, LangChain, text-embedding-ada-002 Databases: ChromaDB (vectors), Azure Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, Redis

EducationDegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related software engineering experience
