browser-based, frame-accurate video editor

that rivals desktop apps, using cutting-edge tech like WebCodecs, WASM, and Remotion.

Founded in mid-2020 at Harvard Business School, we have 400+ customers across tech, professional services, manufacturing, and finance to deliver engaging video content & digital events.

We're seeking a Software Engineer II (Full Stack) to join our data & integrations team. The ideal candidate can independently deliver small to medium features end-to-end, from technical design through production rollout, across frontend and backend. You'll work on projects such as integrations with Marketo, data APIs & workflows and analytics behind these experiences, with guidance from senior engineers when needed.
In This Role, You Will::
Deliver small to medium features across frontend and backend, from implementation through production rollout Design and implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces for our Admin & Integrations app Build and evolve backend services and APIs that power the integrations app Collaborate with PMs and Designers to deliver excellent user experiences and clear product outcomes Identify and fix issues across the stack, including debugging client, API, and database problems Improve performance across the stack, including client performance, API latency, and database efficiency Contribute to reliability through testing, monitoring, and CI/CD improvements Maintain strong security practices (auth, data handling, dependencies, and secure coding) Participate in code reviews and help maintain high code quality standards

Here's What You Need::
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science from a top-tier institution (IITs, NITs, BITs or equivalent) 3-5 years of professional experience building and shipping web products Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React/Vue preferred) Strong fundamentals in HTML/CSS, and experience with utility-first CSS (Tailwind preferred) Experience building backend APIs (REST) and integrating them with frontend applications Experience with at least one backend language/framework (Python, Golang, Java or similar) Working knowledge of databases and data modeling (Postgres preferred), including migrations basics Experience with testing practices (unit/integration, and familiarity with end-to-end testing) Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions or similar) Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
