Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Architect scalable transformer-based AI model infrastructures. Lead the development of an in-house AI framework and utilize it to build robust, scalable foundation models. Collaborate with researchers to translate advanced research into robust, scalable architectures. Evaluate existing AI infrastructures, propose enhancements, and optimize model deployments for performance, efficiency, and scalability. Design and implement robust AI pipelines and workflows from prototyping through experimentation phases. Develop novel frameworks and algorithms tailored to specific research goals. Systematic exploration of scaling laws and hyperparameter configurations to optimize model performance and efficiency. Provide technical leadership and mentorship on AI infrastructure and architectural decisions. Stay abreast of the latest AI technologies, research developments, and emerging frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills. Solid foundation in Mathematics including calculus, probability, statistics, and linear algebra. Proficiency or willingness to learn programming languages such as Rust and CUDA for high-performance implementations. Excellent problem-solving, and analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced research-driven environment. Bachelors/Masters/PhD in AI & Data Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics and Statistics.
