How will you make an impact in this role?

Join our team to build next-gen digital workplace and AI-powered servicing platforms, enhancing colleague productivity and experiences globally.

Key Responsibilities :

o Develop, test, and deploy robust, scalable features for digital workplace and servicing applications.

Apply data structures and algorithms to optimize workflow tools and AI-enabled servicing chatbots and search as service platform. Work on database design, query optimization, and build ingestion pipelines Contribute to ML, NLP, and Generative AI initiatives for chatbots and knowledge discovery. Collaborate in agile teams, participating in daily stand-ups, demos, and innovation sprints.

Minimum Qualifications :

o B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering, or equivalent with 0-3 years of experience using languages like Python, Java or C++

Strong fundamentals of OOPS and software design patterns for production grade scalable application development Experience in using NoSQL/SQL databases and distributed messaging systems such as Redis, Kafka, Couchbase, Cassandra Good Practical experience and Hands-on knowledge with projects on ML, NLP and GENAI, along with basics of RAG (Good to have)
