Job Title: Software Engineer I - Application Security Engineer Location: Hyderabad, India Role Description Working daily with senior peers, reporting to the Head of DevOps and liaising with our Security Architect, you will be part of the CI Team, a small and friendly multi-function team based in Bath UK, developing, maintaining, and supporting all aspects required to facilitate successful product software delivery of cutting-edge hybrid in-cloud SaaS and on-prem retail virtualisation software products. Key Responsibilities Administration and maintenance of AppSec tooling Monitoring, analysis and reporting of security data Coordination and resolution of security issues Contribution to DevSecOps tooling Staying up to date with related security tooling and best practices Skills And Experience Experience with SAST and SCA toolchains (Mend.io and Coverity) Experience working in a cloud environment with IaaS (GCP) Knowledge of cloud related security aspects Experience using Linux (Ubuntu/Debian) Understanding of basic networking and network devices Understanding of the SDLC Knowledge of PCI DSS Desirable Skills Security: Kali, Rapid7 IaC: KCC, Terraform and Ansible Scripting: Bash, Python, Git CI/CD: GitHub, Bazel, and ArgoCD Virtualisation: Proxmox and KVM Others: AWS, GO Cloud and cloud app security certification (eg.
