Senior Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems using Node.js frameworks and Python Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices and coding standards Collaborate with architects, product managers, and fellow developers to understand requirements to deliver solutions Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to maintain high code quality Contribute to the design and implementation of RESTful APIs and microservices Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues in distributed systems Follow Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies and contribute ideas for continuous improvement Ability to solve complex software problems, ideate and take quick logical decisions Oversee software architecture and design decisions Facilitate stakeholder collaboration as needed
