Requirements:


4-5 years of proven experience as a Software Engineer (Frontend & Backend) Strong hands-on experience with React + TypeScript (frontend) Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET (backend) Passion for coding and agile software development practices Comfortable moving between frontend and backend, with strong debugging skills Pragmatic approach: deliver results quickly instead of over-engineering Enjoy collaborating with design and product to scope, ship, learn, and iterate Write helpful logs, add tests, and make small, safe improvements to keep things reliable Ability to research new technologies and implement them independently A "can-do" approach to solving problems

Technical Requirements:


Knowledge of Windows environment Experience with .NET, C#, IIS , SignalR , GraphQL Experience with React + TypeScript Ability to learn and extend existing code independently Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and methodology Advantage: familiarity with dependency injection, logging/metrics, large payloads * Advantage: experience with video technologies and formats, or real-time messaging, reverse proxies/service discovery
