Roles & Responsibilities
Primary responsibility is to take up backend development and ability to work with the larger Product team, arrive at best architectural approach, choose most appropriate frameworks, code and deliver.
An individual contributor who is committed to deliver major initiatives in a timely manner.
Embrace good development practices including design specification, coding standards, unit testing and code reviews.
A self-starter, who loves to take on hard problems, loves solving service scalability problems, enjoys breaking things and enthusiastic to learn new technologies and working in startup environments.

What You Bring
Mandatory Skills
3+ years of active development experience in Golang with a strong understanding of its concurrency model, idioms, and ecosystem.
Proficient in developing RESTful APIs and microservices using Golang.
Experience with JSON, gRPC, and protobuf-based interfaces.
Hands-on experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.
Strong working knowledge of source control systems like Git and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins).
Familiarity with message queues and streaming platforms like Kafka or NATS.
Exposure to time-series or columnar databases (e.g., Click House, Prometheus).
Experience with metrics collection, logging, and distributed tracing (e.g., Open Telemetry, Jaeger, ELK stack).
Proven ability to handle high-throughput and low-latency systems in production.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills; ability to root-cause complex issues in distributed systems.
Clear and concise communication, with an ability to articulate technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Good to Have Skills:
Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Helm.
Understanding of Kubernetes concepts.
Understanding of observability concepts like RED/USE metrics, SLOs, SLIs.
Familiarity with databases like PostgreSQL, Redis, or NoSQL stores like Cassandra.
Experience working in agile development environments and following DevOps practices.
Prior work in an observability, AIOps, or monitoring tools domain is a big plus.
