Job Overview

As a Software Engineer, you'll work closely with experienced engineers to support the design, development, debugging, and maintenance of software systems. You'll gain exposure to the entire software development lifecycle--from ideation and design to deployment and continuous improvement.

Job Profile & Reporting Structure
Title: Software Engineer
Reports To: Engineering Manager / Team Lead
Department: Technology / Engineering
Collaborates With: Product, QA, and Design teams

Key Responsibilities
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
Assist in debugging, testing, and deploying applications
Collaborate with peers on development tasks and projects
Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions
Analyze system requirements and build scalable solutions
Maintain internal documentation and support development best practices
Use GitHub for version control and collaborative development
Continuously learn and apply new technologies, frameworks, and tools

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, or C# Expertise in database management, including SQL and No SQL databases (like MongoDB) and familiarity with the Agile methodology and cloud computing platforms."
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
Familiarity with version control tools like GitHub.
Exposure to databases and back-end systems is a plus.
Experience of 2-3 years preferred.
