Team overview
Join our innovative Now Assist Skill Kit team, where we are at the forefront of enhancing ServiceNow's platform with generative AI capabilities. As a Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining robust tools and services that enable customers to create, test, and deploy custom skills and prompts. This includes working on a basic prompt editor, grounded prompt inspection, and advanced prompt augmentation through retrievers. You will also ensure seamless integration with other ServiceNow products and external LLM providers, such as AWS Bedrock, while providing tools for batch testing, skill performance evaluation, and support for custom evaluators. By joining our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of AI capabilities on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring that our customers can harness the power of generative AI to improve productivity and self-deflection.
