Job Description

Responsibilities

? Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js, Next.js, TypeScript,

HTML, CSS, and Tailwind for Frontend.

? Build and optimize backend services and APIs with Java (Spring Boot) and Python.

? Work with multiple databases including MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL for application

integration and data management.

? Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for streamlined development and deployment.

? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client-specific solutions on the IKON

platform.

? Follow coding best practices, maintain version control using Git, and ensure high code

quality.

? Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack.

? Stay updated with the latest web technologies to bring innovation into the product.

Required Skills & Qualifications

? MCA, B.E., B.Tech (CSE/IT), B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science or related field.

? Strong hands-on experience with:

o Frontend: React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Tailwind.

o Backend: Java (Spring Boot), Python.

o Databases: MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL.

o Version Control: Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket.

o DevOps/CI-CD Pipelines: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.

? Solid understanding of web development fundamentals, REST APIs, and database design.

? Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

? Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Good to Have / Plus

? Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, frameworks, or libraries.

? Experience in microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
