Technical Leadership:
Drive innovation by introducing new technologies and methodologies to enhance product quality.
Technical Delivery:
Lead the development of complex software solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams for timely resolution.
Quality Assurance:
Implement quality assurance processes and conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.
Client Interaction:
Act as a point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and delivering high-quality solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for business growth.
Continuous Learning:
Stay updated with industry trends and technologies, sharing knowledge with the team and contributing to a culture of continuous learning.

Required Skills
Frontend:
Next.JS - with Typescript
Experience building responsive and high-performance web applications
Experience with DevExtreme (preferred) or any enterprise React UI component libraries (Typescript)
Experience in consuming RESTful Web API for data loading & posting.
Hosting Environment:
Linux (Ubuntu)
Comfortable with server setup, deployment, monitoring, shell commands
Experience with DevOps workflows
Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes
Caching:
Redis/redux or relevant mechanism
General Requirements:
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control best practices
