GoGroup is looking for an experienced Software Engineer in Noida/Kathmandu with immediate effect.
As a Software Engineer specializing in frontend development at GoGroup, you play a pivotal role in shaping how users experience and interact with our software. Your work is at the forefront of creating that crucial first impression, designing interfaces and experiences that captivate users and ensure they stay engaged with our products. By focusing on usability, aesthetics, and seamless functionality, you directly influence how customers perceive the value of the innovative solutions our teams bring to life.
The GoGroup engineering team is dedicated to solving complex problems across a range of domains, including real-time data processing, distributed computing, and cutting-edge user interface/experience design. Currently, we are building teams for new product startups set to launch in the next 2-3 months, offering a rare opportunity to build impactful products from the ground up. In this role, you will work closely with the founders and product teams, contributing to projects that have the potential to make a lasting difference in customers' lives. You'll get an opportunity to:

• Define the architecture of modules and components from the ground up.
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Write and maintain modular and high-performance code.
• Collaborate with BE devs and UX designers to improve usability.
• Participate in technical discussions and communicate across teams.
• In all of the above, responsibly leverage AI to drive outcomes.

You're a fit, if you have:

• Strong JavaScript fundamentals.
• HTML/CSS experience, including concepts like layout, specificity, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, the JavaScript object model, and ES6
• Understanding of React.js and its core principles.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with

. * Experience with using AI augmented IDEs and tools(Copilot, Cursor etc) for development, debugging and deployment

• A good understanding of FE build systems and tools like Babel(ES6), Webpack, Grunt, and npm, is a plus.
• Experience with browser APIs and optimising front-end performance is a plus.
