Responsibilities/What You'll Do

• Design the automation strategy to integrate with CI/CD pipeline for both continuous integration/testing and continuous delivery
• Build, maintain and enhance automation artifacts leveraging frameworks such as Selenium, Robot
• Contribute to the functional and automation activities
• Work in Agile and test driven develop environment
• Engage in test case execution including defect documentation and tracking, resolution support, and fix verification
• Review product specifications and write the test case, develop test plans for assigned areas

Qualifications

Qualifications/Your Background

• 3-5 years' experience working as a Test Automation Engineer in a product based company
• Able to understand design and define an approach for automation (API/Backend/UI/service).
• Expert at one of the automaton frameworks - Robot Framework, selenium etc.
• Expert at one of the scripting languages - Python, Perl or any programming language(Preferably Python).
• Experience with API testing tools - Postman, JMeter, SoapUI etc.
• High level system admin and debugging skills to configure and manage QA environments.
• Experience with products developed using microservices models.
• Basics of Databases, HTTP methods, programming languages etc.
• Good understanding of Internet protocols such as TCP/IP, SSL, HTTPS and basic understanding of network applications like DHCP, DNS, Firewall and Proxy.
• Good to have any of the certifications

• ISTQB Foundational, Advanced or Expert level
• AWS Certifications : Foundational or Associate
• Azure Certifications : Foundational or Developing solutions
