Responsibilities:

Design and Implement Data Pipelines: Build, and maintain scalable and reliable ETL/ELT (Extract, Load, Transform) data pipelines within the Palantir Skywise/Foundry environment to move data from various sources into the Skywise platform

Platform Industrialization: Contribute to the continuous improvement of the data platform by enhancing CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) processes, strengthening data governance, and implementing robust operational monitoring.

Quality and Integrity: Implement data quality checks, validation processes, and anomaly detection mechanisms to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of all data assets.

Designing and visualizing the data using tools like contour, Slate and Workshop Designing and visualizing complex datasets is a key responsibility, involving creating intuitive dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations. Proficiency in specialized data visualization tools is crucial.

Essential Skills

Strong & proven Foundry/Skywise fundamentals knowledge:

Development knowledge: Pyspark, python, SQL, javascript, typescript

Foundry Application Development skills: Workshop & Slate

Data Engineering: Code repository, pipeline builder, data ingestion (Walter)

Airbus Data Governance knowledge

Skywise Ontology Management

Knowledge on some of the following products/tools:, Confluence, Jira etc

Stakeholder Management

Willingness to learn and explore

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Advanced level of English.

Good to have:

Proven track record working in Agile Scrum and/or Kanban projects

Knowledge of AI and Palantir AIP Assist

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams including data analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.

Support team members on the new Skywise platform.

Prepare and deliver regular reports on project status.
