Role: Software Engineer
About the Role
We are looking for a Software Engineer with hands-on experience in Siebel CRM, specifically focused on Siebel CRM UI. The candidate will be responsible for supporting, enhancing, and customizing CRM & Order Management processes, ensuring smooth user experience and system performance.
Key Responsibilities
Work on Siebel CRM UI development, configuration, and customization.
Support CRM & OM operations including issue resolution, enhancements, and system changes.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Siebel.
Participate in UI modifications, screen configuration, applet development, and workflow updates.
Troubleshoot UI-related issues and improve performance, usability, and stability.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver CRM/OM features and fixes.
Maintain documentation including design specs, impact analysis, and release notes.
Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines.
Required Experience & Skills
Practical experience in Siebel CRM UI development or support.
Strong understanding of Siebel architecture, configuration, and navigation flows.
Experience with Siebel applets, views, business components, and workflows.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to understand business processes in CRM and Order Management.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in telecom CRM/OM environments.
Familiarity with Siebel Tools, scripting (eScript), and integration concepts.
Exposure to performance tuning and UI optimization.

Pay: ?352,126.95 - ?1,536,587.94 per year
