Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities - \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to design solution for Salesforce and architecture assessment \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to manage a team of Developers \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven success in applying a structured approach to analyze business problems and architect innovative technology-based solutions within the defined enterprise guidelines and standards \xe2\x80\xa2 Will be part of team managing Salesforce CRM platform . \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and track progress \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage changes to the project scope project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques \xe2\x80\xa2 Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques \xe2\x80\xa2 Report and escalate to management as needed \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordination with internal Cross functional teams & External Partners




Required Qualifications and Experience
* Required Qualifications and Experience: \xe2\x80\xa2 B.E in Information technology \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferred Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Certified administrator,Salesforce Certified Developer. \xe2\x80\xa2 Web Services development and experience with the Salesforce API (REST/SOAP/MetaData/Streaming, etc.) \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of VisualForce, Apex Classes/Controllers, Apex Triggers development experience,SOQL Statements \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis and Design, database design and software development lifecycle \xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding of the Salesforce product suite including Salesforce1, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, App Cloud, Communities and AppExchange / ISV solutions \xe2\x80\xa2 Need Experience in designing and implementing new Sales force objects workflow rules custom layouts and other standard Sales force customizations \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in defining enterprise architecture, mapping existing systems to it, and identifying and evaluating options to close gaps \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment either on a team or as an individual contributor \xe2\x80\xa2 Management of Salesforce projects from start to finish using agile delivery approach \xe2\x80\xa2 Deep knowledge of/experience with formal delivery methodologies \xe2\x80\xa2 Outstanding teamwork skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated analytical and qualitative abilities
