We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer specializing in ReactJS to join our growing team of talented technologists. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance, scalable front-end applications that power seamless user experiences for our global customers. Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the front-end architecture, design, and implementation of large-scale ReactJS applications.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers to transform complex business requirements into clean and efficient UI solutions.
• Write well-structured, maintainable, and high-quality code following best practices and modern development standards.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implement reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, proactively recommending improvements.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation.

• 9 to 15 years of professional software development experience, with at least 5+ years of deep, hands-on expertise in ReactJS.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• In-depth understanding of React.js workflows such as Redux, Context API, or MobX.
• Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools such as Webpack, Babel, ESLint, etc.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration of front-end logic with backend services.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design principles, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience in writing unit and integration tests using frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Enzyme.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Exposure to Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git.

• Experience with TypeScript and component libraries like Material UI, Ant Design, or Chakra UI.
• Understanding of server-side rendering, Next.js, or other React-based frameworks.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Background in performance optimization and accessibility compliance (WCAG).
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker is a plus.
