You are required to have skills in the following areas : This position will report to the Manager - Business Intelligence and will work closely with the team ofSubject Matter Experts (SMEs) and the Advanced Analytics team. This position will be responsible for the seamless andefficient delivery of reporting and analytics offerings and support the establishment of meaningful standard global reportsto increase efficiency and deliver insights to the organization. Key Competencies: Proven experience in data engineering,architecting, and governance domain in a large global organization Experience querying databases and using statisticalcomputer languages (Python, PySpark, Lambda function, Scala, SLQ, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from largedata sets Experience working with various source systems like Oracle, SAP, IoT, Flat Files & APIs integration usingAlteryx, AWS Glue, AWS Kinesis, and AWS Flat File Gateway, respectively Experience working with multiple data ingestiontools & patterns, (e.g., ETL, streaming, change-data-capture (CDC), micro-batches, and self-service data preparation) Asolid experience and understanding of architecting, designing, and operationalization of large-scale data and analyticssolutions on Cloud Data Warehouse or Snowflake or AWS S3. Understanding data pipelines and modern ways ofautomating data pipeline Familiarity with Agile (e.g., scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices AWS cloud services: AWSGlue, Lake Formation, S3, Redshift, EMR, EC2, Athena Experience visualizing/presenting data for stakeholders using:Tableau Familiarity with cloud-native approaches to data warehousing, including raw data storage, scalable data stores,elastic computing, and support for multiple marts. Data governance knowledge is plus Excellent financial modeling skills are preferred, experience in statistical modeling techniques is a plus Key Professional Competencies: Self-driven withexcellent analytical skills and decision-making capabilities Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills Abilityto work in agile environment by effectively prioritizing and managing tasks concurrently owns career and is accountablefor managing own development Ability to work in a team-oriented inter-dependent environment, often cross-functionallyand influence Additional Requirements: Flexibility is required to work in global time zones and a hybrid model Ability andwillingness to travel both domestically and internationally as required English: Native or bilingual proficiency required Professional proficiency in other languages is a plus Qualification/Experiences: 2+ years working in data engineering,architecting, and governance for operational & managerial reporting/ analytics with a Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree inComputer Science, Engineering, Finance, Math, Statistics or a related discipline. 2+ years of advance & relevantexperience in data engineering techniques (data querying, transformation, ingestion, cataloging, modeling & storage, etc.) Certifications in AWS cloud services / Big data technology/Agile is preferred.
