Job Description

Should have hands-on experience on Selenium Web driver automation for minimum 1 year. This involves creation and execution of scripts, troubleshooting and debugging of scripts during script failure, preparation of automation result report, preparation of script failure report and logging defects.
r Exposure of deploying the application in Web logic, Web sphere and Tomcat and Oracle 11g, SQL server would be added advantage.
r Exposure to Web Server activities, knowledge of Java and J2EE applications.
r Awareness about HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, and jQuery.
r Excellent testing, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
r Exposure to JIRA or related agile tools.
r Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills.
r Should be a good team player.
r Agile and scrum experience is must.
r Train, coach and retain members of the technical team to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
r Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensures client satisfaction 100% client satisfaction with optimal delivery for assigned team(s).
r Develop, execute and automate functional test plans to verify product capabilities.
r Execution of test cases and reporting test results with artifacts using Jira/Quality Center (QC)/TFS etc.
r Work closely with engineers across teams to ensure quality for the features.
r Build in-depth knowledge of product architecture and develop ability to root-cause issues.
r Test Plan / script Reviews: Able to host test plan reviews with minimal supervision for assigned features.
r Attend independently and provide comments specific to the functional requirements for assigned features.
r Should have very good logical and analytical skills.
