We are seeking a highly skilled Prompt Engineer with Python expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing applications that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs), designing effective prompts, and integrating LLMs into business workflows. You will play a key role in shaping how AI is applied across our products and services.

Responsibilities

Design, test, and optimize prompts for interacting with Large Language Models (LLMs) to achieve desired outputs. Develop Python scripts and applications that integrate with LLM APIs and other AI/ML services. Collaborate with product managers, researchers, and engineers to identify use cases and build AI-driven solutions. Analyze model performance, identify limitations, and refine prompt strategies for accuracy, consistency, and scalability. Implement evaluation frameworks to measure LLM effectiveness in real-world tasks. Maintain clear documentation of prompt libraries, methodologies, and integration workflows.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Python, including experience with data handling, APIs, and scripting. Demonstrated experience writing and optimizing prompts for LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, etc.). Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts and generative AI capabilities/limitations. Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams.
