Job Description

+ Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven solutions.
+ Pre-process and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
+ Implement and optimize deep learning and NLP models.
+ Develop and fine-tune algorithms for classification, prediction, and recommendation systems.
+ Utilize cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for model training and deployment.
+ Optimize ML models for performance, scalability, and real-time inference.
+ Collaborate with data engineers to ensure efficient data pipelines.
+ Stay updated with the latest AI/ML advancements and integrate best practices.
+ Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver AI solutions.
What qualifications you will need: + Experience: 2-4 years in AI/ML development.
+ Technical Skills: o Strong programming skills in Python and experience with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn.
o Hands-on experience in deep learning, NLP, and computer vision. o Expertise in handling large datasets and data pre-processing techniques. o Experience in cloud-based ML model deployment (AWS Sage maker, Azure ML, GCP AI). o Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, model evaluation, and hyperparameter tuning. o Familiarity with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and big data frameworks (Spark, Hadoop). o Data pre-processing (structured and unstructured text, audio, video) o Document Processing o Vision AI,Audio AI o Building AI agentic systems using Langchain and Rasa o AI Chatbots and Voicebots o Devops and CI/CD (AWS/ Azure/ GCP) o Agile SDLC (iterative development mindset) o Keen logical, analytical, creative thinking, and problem-solving mindset -Familiarity with modern AI development tools such as Cursor is a plus. + Experience with no-code / low-code platforms (e.g., n8n and similar tools) for workflow automation and system integration.
