Job Summary

We are seeking a Generative AI / AI-ML Developer with 2-3 years of experience to support the development of AI-powered enterprise solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). The role focuses on building proof of concepts, AI-driven workflows, and delivering practical, business-focused GenAI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and identify suitable GenAI and RAG use cases. Prepare and process structured and unstructured data for LLM-based applications. Build and support RAG pipelines, including chunking, embeddings, and retrieval. Design, test, and refine prompts and LLM workflows. Apply basic ML, DL, and NLP concepts while developing AI solutions. Validate GenAI outputs using sample test cases and simple evaluation techniques. Develop proof of concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate technical feasibility. Collaborate with backend and frontend teams to integrate GenAI features. Continuously improve accuracy and reduce hallucinations through iteration.

Required Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in AI/ML development or software engineering. Strong understanding of: + Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP fundamentals + Generative AI concepts, LLMs, and prompt engineering
+ RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector search
Proficiency in Python; basic familiarity with SQL. Experience working with structured and unstructured data. Basic exposure to frameworks like LangChain. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.

Value-Added / Nice to Have

Experience with LLM evaluation or observability tools (e.g., LangSmith). Exposure to agent-based patterns (e.g., ReAct, DeepAgents). Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure). Familiarity with PyTorch or TensorFlow. Experience with enterprise AI use cases such as search and automation, with exposure to modern agent-based GenAI patterns, including MCP-based tool integrations. Certifications or coursework in Generative AI, NLP, or Deep Learning.
