Manager Software Engineering - ServiceNow

Location of Requirement: Bangalore

Must-Have:

8+ years in solution architecture, software engineering, or technology operations. 5+ years implementing or building custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform. 3+ years of direct people management experience. Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and custom development. Experience with ServiceNow modules (e.g., Service Catalog, Service Portal, HRSD). Proficiency in Service Portal development (AngularJS, UI/UX design). Strong grasp of JavaScript/Glide, Flow Designer, and automation workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and delivery of custom ServiceNow applications and employee-facing portals. Drive cross-functional collaboration across business, product, and engineering teams.
