AlgoSec is looking for an experienced bright senior technical leader for a challenging position in the R&D center in India. The person will lead a team working on AlgoSec growth engine security management solution. The product in development is an evolving offering that allows to ramp-up enterprises network security based on micro-segmentation and application centric modeling. Reporting to: R&D Director Location: Gurgaon, India Direct employment Responsibilities: The position includes building and leading a scrum team of full stack software developers and automation developers as well as hands-on software design and coding.
Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

• Graduated with an elite university (IIT, NIT) with excellence.
• At least 3 years of experience in technical leadership of software developers\xe2\x80\x99 team. Preferable including recruiting and mentoring of engineers.
• At least 7 years of hands-on experience in software development, both back-end (Java 5 years) and/or front-end (rich client-side technologies such as AngularJS, Angular, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, etc.).
• Experience in Linux/UNIX environments (CentOS, REHL, Rocky).
• Experience in the Network Security space.
• Experience/Knowledge in Firewall systems (Check Point, Palo-Alto, Juniper, Other vendors)
• Experience in leading software development project or a product development scrum team
• Talent for motivating people with a "can do" attitude and leading projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Team player, pleasant person to work with, high level of integrity Very bright, fast learner, independent and organized.
• A multitasker
• Experience in Spring Framework and micro-services architectures.

Desired But Not Required Qualifications:

• Experience with unit, system and integration tests.
• Experience with Perl.
• C++ knowledge
• Experience in Python.
• Experience in PHP development.
