We are currently seeking a Software Development Specialist to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Role Overview :

We are looking for a

Performance Testing Engineer

to execute end-to-end performance testing activities. The role requires strong technical expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate across teams while ensuring quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Test Planning & Strategy

Prepare

performance test plans

, execution strategies, and closure reports.Develop

workload models

and design

production-like scenarios

for realistic testing.Create and present

decks/reports

summarizing test results and recommendations to stakeholders.

Test Execution & Analysis

Script, execute, and analyze performance tests using

NeoLoad (good to have knowledge on LoadRunner, JMeter and Gatling

)Conduct

analysis

to identify bottlenecks and correlate observations with system behavior.

Monitoring & Debugging

Use

Dynatrace/AppDynamics

and

ServiceMonitor

for monitoring, debugging, and root cause analysis (RCA).Perform defect triage, track issues in

ALM

, and maintain stories/tasks in

JIRA

.Coordination on RCA for issues observed and correlate with test observations.

End-to-End Ownership

Handle the complete performance testing lifecycle:

Requirement gathering test planning & scripting execution reporting closure

.Maintain scripts, folders, and artifacts for reusability and audit purposes.Take ownership of performance testing deliverables and ensure timely completion.

Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with

QA, technical teams, and project stakeholders

to gather requirements and clarify expectations.Coordinate and communicate issues observed during testing, highlight risks, and drive resolution.Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills & Experience

Tools & Technologies

:Hands-on with

NeoLoad( LoadRunner, JMeter, Gatling

)Experience with

Dynatrace

and

ServiceMonitor

for monitoring/debugging.Familiarity with

JIRA

(stories, tasks) and

ALM

(defect management).

Programming & Scripting

:Strong knowledge of

Java

and

Python

.Ability to write

custom scripts

for data preparation and test logic.

Testing Expertise

:Skilled in

API, application, UI, batch file, and EDI performance testing

.Experience in

healthcare/insurance domain performance testing

preferred.Knowledge of

workload modeling, production-like scenario design, and performance testing strategies

.

Soft Skills

:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Out-of-the-box thinking for innovative solutions.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Communication and presentation skills.
