We are currently seeking a Software Development Specialist Advisor- AS400 to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Technical Competencies / Qualifications

Strong programming/development experience in RPGLE, RPG/400, RLU, CL/400, DB2/400, SQL, RLU. Free format.
Programing experience in subfile
Well versed with structured and free format Programming techniques, debugging techniques, Unit Testing and Testing of application programs.
Sound knowledge of Interactive & Batch Jobs
Knowledge of ASSET is added advantage

General Competencies / Qualifications

Minimum 5-8 years of Application Development experience
Minimum 3 years of Analysis & Design experience and strong analytical background
Experience in managing team of developers
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Good sense of innovation, Initiative, Creativity and working collaboratively
Experience in working directly with customers.
Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
Must be organized, have an eye for detail, and be able to put ideas into a tangible form
Knowledge of Retail banking applications and its architecture will be added advantage
