Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Health Applications team in building the next generation of EHR products. Leveraging cloud technologies, a microservices architecture on Kubernetes, modern UI frameworks, and innovative Conversational and Generative AI, you will drive engineering excellence and technical innovation.


As a seasoned leader, you will manage a team of over 10 engineers distributed across India, fostering a collaborative environment to deliver high-quality products that set industry standards. Your combination of hands-on technical expertise and strong leadership will be instrumental in shaping our technical direction and reaching our business goals.

- Lead and manage engineering teams of 10+ members across multiple locations.


- Develop and implement technical strategies to deliver industry-leading EHR products using cloud technologies and Kubernetes-based microservices.


- Champion engineering best practices to ensure product quality, scalability, and security.


- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Design, and Business partners, to define clear goals and priorities.


- Drive project execution through effective planning, resource management, and risk mitigation.


- Mentor, coach, and support the career growth and development of team members.


- Foster open communication and facilitate knowledge sharing across distributed teams.


- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying relevant innovations to improve our solutions.

Qualifications

:


- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).


- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a management or technical leadership role.


- Proven success in leading engineering teams working on cloud-native applications or enterprise SaaS products.


- Good understanding of microservices architecture and container orchestration with Kubernetes.


- Experience with modern UI frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.


- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and a track record of delivering high-quality software on time.


- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams and stakeholders.


- Demonstrated experience mentoring and developing high-performing engineers in distributed environments.


- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on driving continuous improvement.


- Passion for innovation, learning, and staying abreast of technology trends, particularly in healthcare or related domains.
