We're seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Continuum Rehabilitation team in developing cutting-edge EHR products leveraging cloud technologies, modern UI technologies and innovative Conversational and Generative AI capabilities. As a seasoned engineering leader, you will manage teams of over 5 engineers across India, driving innovation, efficiency, and delivery excellence. Your hands-on engineering expertise, combined with strong management skills, will ensure the development of high-quality products that meet the highest engineering standards.

Lead and manage teams of 5+ engineers across multiple locations in India Develop and implement technical strategies for EHR product development using cloud technologies. Drive engineering excellence, ensuring high-quality products that meet industry standards Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including product management, design, and business teams Prioritize and manage project workflows, ensuring timely delivery and meeting business objectives Mentor and develop team members, promoting growth and career development Ensure effective communication and knowledge sharing across teams and locations * Bring prior experience in managing large teams and developing software products in the healthcare domain (preferred)
