Plan, develop, and administer security solutions to meet a variety of requirements for Oracle and its customers. Provide strategic leadership and guidance to a dedicated team of cloud security engineers. Drive the execution and delivery of service roadmap, ensuring projects are completed with the highest quality and within specified timelines. Engage in hands-on management, including addressing customer issues, managing escalations, and deploying services aligned with change management procedures. Maintain and enhance the team's technical ability in security engineering practices. Develop and monitor KPI metrics for the team, providing valuable data to leadership for performance measurements. Create and develop strong relationships with consumers of security services. Identify new solutions to meet the wide variety of security requirements faced by our partners.
Required Experience:
Experience managing daily tasks of a number of individual contributors to security engineering and/or operations projects Proven ability to successfully deliver complicated projects with multiple stakeholders Understanding of security frameworks used by industries and organizations to ensure adherence to security standards (examples: PCI, HIPAA, SOC) Hands on knowledge of security solutions to include at least one of the following: + Endpoint security (xDR, antivirus, anti-malware)
+ Security Information and Event Monitoring (SIEM)
+ Web Application Firewall (WAF)
+ Network Security
+ Intrusion Detection and Prevention solutions
+ Experience in safe and reliable change management processes
+ Demonstrated ability to navigate audit engagements
