We are currently seeking a Software Development Senior Specialist to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Software Development Advisor


In this role, you will be responsible for: - Coding, development & testing, application support. - Participate in full life-cycle programming, develop software based on design requirements, and ensure software works to specifications. - Ensure smooth flow of development activities. - Should have strong analytical , requirement understanding and coding skills.

Requirements for this role include: - Knowledge of system development methodology, project management and system architecture. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical / problem solving skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to identify and evaluate IT and business challenges from a broad perspective. \xe2\x80\xa2 Exceptional influencing and communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Exceptional ability to translate between non-technical business users and requirement to IT technical solutions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent client service attitude and leadership capabilities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Experienced developer using COBOL on a LINUX platform, JCL, and CICS \xe2\x80\xa2 Creation of Technical Specifications (Tech Specs) \xe2\x80\xa2 Creation of unit test plans - On Call support Insurance product knowledge \xe2\x80\xa2 Life products (UL, Term, Whole Life) \xe2\x80\xa2 Annuities \xe2\x80\xa2 Group Insurance Products

Preferences: - Optional (nice-to-have\'s) - Ability to communicate (oral/written) effectively to exchange information with our client. - US Life insurance domain knowledge. LOMA certified. - Basic knowledge of Java.

Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday from 2:00 AM CST to 12PM CST. The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend\'s basis business requirement.
