Roles & Duties: Entry-Level Software Developer (.NET & Copilot Studio)

Software Development & Support

Assist in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of applications using

.NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, Web APIs)

Write clean, readable, and maintainable code under guidance from senior developers Fix bugs, perform basic troubleshooting, and support application enhancements

Copilot & AI Solution Development

Support the creation and configuration of

Microsoft Copilot Studio

copilots for internal or customer-facing use cases Assist in building conversational flows, prompts, topics, and actions Integrate copilots with backend systems, APIs, and data sources where required

Collaboration & Agile Participation

Work closely with developers, analysts, and QA team members to understand requirements Participate in

Agile/Scrum ceremonies

such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives Communicate progress, issues, and learnings clearly with the team

Testing & Quality Assurance

Perform unit testing and assist in functional and integration testing Help validate copilot responses and conversational accuracy Follow coding standards, security guidelines, and quality best practices

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

Create and maintain basic technical documentation for code, APIs, and copilots Document configurations, prompts, and workflows built in Copilot Studio Learn from code reviews and contribute to team knowledge repositories

Continuous Learning & Improvement

Stay updated with

.NET updates, Copilot Studio features, and Microsoft ecosystem tools

Actively seek feedback and apply learnings to improve technical skills * Explore AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to improve productivity
