Provide L2/L3 production support for a .NET MVC-based workflow application
Handle incidents, service requests, and problem tickets using the SNI ticketing tool
Monitor, analyze, and resolve application issues related to RPA bot-processed transactions
Support manual intervention workflows for pending or failed transactions
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes
Ensure adherence to SLAs and proper ticket documentation in SNI
Support critical finance timelines including quarter-end and year-end close
Change & Enhancement Support
Analyze and implement change requests for workflow logic, UI, and APIs
Modify or enhance existing .NET MVC components based on business requirements
Support configuration and code changes related to RPA integration
Coordinate with RPA teams, finance users, QA, and business stakeholders
Support deployments, hotfixes, and post-release validation
Experience
4+ years of experience in .NET application development and/or production support
2+ years of hands-on experience with Entity Framework
Proven experience supporting workflow or transaction-processing applications
Technical Skills
Strong experience in .NET and ASP.NET MVC
Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Web API
Strong SQL Server skills (queries, joins, data validation, troubleshooting)
Solid experience with JavaScript and jQuery (minimum 4 years)
Experience with Dapper ORM
Experience with Entity Framework (Code First / Database First)
Understanding of RPA-integrated applications and workflow systems
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Good communication skills for interaction with business and support teams
Ability to work independently in a production support environment
