About The Role
Exciting opportunity for an experienced Software Development Manager to join our CSD team in Pune. Take a key role in driving success as a Software Development Manager who is responsible for project deliverables, meeting timelines & team goals and planning/ forecasting.
Seize this unique opportunity to be part of our CSD Team and gain knowledge in telecom, working with multiple telecom products and advance technologies including cloud (AWS).
About You
You are a highly enthusiastic individual with an experience of 10-12+ years who is a strong leader, good negotiator, people-friendly and has a technical background in Java/.Net and experience in designing, building, and delivering quality scalable enterprise software.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day activities of a distributed development team focusing on backend services development.
- Work with key stakeholders, prospects, and customers to identify and prioritize product features and functionality.
- Participate in all grooming and priority setting sessions with stakeholders.
- Recruit, hire, mentor, and coach Software Development Engineers at different levels of experience
- Participate in all grooming and priority setting sessions with stakeholders.
- Provide guidance to the team and ensure they adhere to development standards.
