- Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations
- Experience partnering with product and program management teams

Technical Leadership & Innovation: As Software Development Manager, you'll:

7+ years of software engineering experience 3+ years of engineering team management experience Strong hands-on technical background in distributed systems Experience designing and architecting scalable solutions Track record of delivering complex technical projects Experience partnering with product teams and stakeholders PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
