SUMMARY: Manage the development and implementation of Software Development activities to meet quality and business objectives. This is Technical Leader role, the person will be leading and managing a team and would also involved in coding as required. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Contributing member of an agile team delivering new features and capabilities in js/.Net/Azure Accountable for delivery of commitments throughout the iteration Ensure the team is working at maximum productivity Participate in design sessions and agile ceremonies Take ownership for development projects and lead development teams Lead, direct and motivate development team. Deploy solutions across multiple internal and external clients, globally Manage effective project communications with business and IT stakeholders, Ensure project objectives are realized Work with business analysts to understand project objectives and elicit solution requirements. Estimate and manage project budgets and timelines. Ensure application development is done as per industry standards. Conduct detail project planning. Manage project risks and issues. Take coding and development tasks when needed. Achieve project milestones and underlying sprint objectives, where applicable. Ensure effective collaboration between Product Management and Development effectively. Manage teams of onshore and offshore staff and vendor resources. Contribute to the success of the organization by helping others accomplish job results learning new skills needed by the team finding new ways to help the team. WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or MIS degree or an equivalent combination of practical experience, education, and training. Hands on coding experience needed. Experience building SAAS products a plus. 7+ years of progressive software development experience with at least 3 years leading development teams. 5+ Years of backend application experience Experience building, motivating, developing, and coaching effective, cohesive, efficient, high-morale teams. Able to mentor developers with various skill sets, experience, and personal characteristics. Excellent communication skills. Leadership and conflict resolution skills. Critical thinking and multitasking. Strong practical experience with Agile SDLC Methodology with Scrum, .NET, ReactJS, NodeJS, Mongodb English language proficiency .NET/Node.js/Azure experience Experience with node.js on database applications (SQL / NoSQL) required.
