Job Category: Manufacturing and Distribution:Manage the functions responsible for creating and maintaining the data workflow for AI models which includes data sourcing and data annotation for multiple domains. Works closely with data scientists and peers to develop and maintain robust and sustainable AI models and processes to deliver quality products to the customer.Leads a specialized area which may have diverse functional elements. Frequently interacts with supervisors and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of product lifecycle, new product introduction, and sustaining operations management.Graduate with experience in data annotation and labeling/sourcing. Ability to work in a dynamic environment as shown by the ability to show willingness to adjust in times of change and uncertainty. Proven Communication skills with the ability to gain broad support and buy-in for initiatives from key stakeholders.Must 2-4 years of experience in data annotation and labeling/data sourcing for multiple industries.Career Level - M2Responsibilities:Manage the people responsible for the development, release, and maintenance of hardware products through the supply chain lifecycle. Key actives of the team include Bill of Material (BOM) management; New Product Introduction (NPI) activities; material transitions; and End of Life (EOL) management. Plan and direct resource schedules as well as development budgets. Monitor the program from initiation through delivery, interfacing with design engineering peers on technical matters. Manage interdepartmental activities ensuring release of the program on schedule and within the budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of staff, providing technical support and direction. Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the team. Works collaboratively and builds reciprocal relationships with different parts of the business, partners and customers. Enhances Oracles competitive advantage by anticipating customer needs and applies best practices and creative solutions to drive efficiency and productivity within the team Identifying and acts on opportunities for new or improved products, processes, or systems. Demonstrates leadership by motivating and inspiring others to align their actions with the larger organizational goals. Copes with complexity as shown by tactical decision making as demonstrated by the ability to make decisions willingly, even when facing uncertainty.
