Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, applying knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support clients or projects in Kolkata. You will lead the software development process from end to end, ensuring successful product lifecycle stages. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead and mentor junior professionals - Drive innovation and continuous improvement in software development processes Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenLink Endur - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle - Experience in Java and ASP.NET MVC - Knowledge of database management systems - Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software applications Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in OpenLink Endur - This position is based at our Kolkata office - A 15 years full time education is required
