Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support project goals, and guiding your team through the development process to achieve optimal results. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the software systems meet the required standards and client expectations while fostering a collaborative environment for your team members. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance skills and performance. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with project timelines and objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS. - Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and services. - Experience with application development and deployment in Azure environments. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and delivery. - Ability to design and implement scalable and secure software solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure PaaS. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
