Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to design and implement software solutions, ensuring that they meet client requirements and adhere to best practices. You will apply your knowledge of various technologies and methodologies to support projects effectively, while also engaging in problem-solving discussions to enhance the overall quality of the software being developed. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps. - Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. - Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
