Summary: As a Engineering Manager Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, applying knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support projects or clients. You will lead a team in the software development process and ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: o Perform local managerial activities and oversee architecture, integration and validation activities ensuring they meet all customer requirements. o Identify potential risks and issues early in the development process and implement strategies to mitigate them. o Lead problem-solving efforts for any system-related challenges. o Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets for system development initiatives. o Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and milestones. o Lead initiatives to improve systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency, quality, and innovation within the team. o Coach, mentor and empower team members to grow into future roles. Professional & Technical Skills: o Minimum 7 years of experience in automotive software engineering with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role. o Excellent project management skills, with experience in handling complex projects within budget and timeline constraints. o In-depth understanding of automotive industry standards, regulations, and certifications (e.g., ISO 26262, AUTOSAR, and ISO/TS 16949). o Proficiency in systems engineering tools (e.g., Enterprise Architect/Rhapsody, MATLAB, Simulink, DOORS/Polarion). Additional Information: o The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in DSP algorithms using MATLAB/Simulink and Python. o This position is based at our Hyderabad office. o A 15 years full time education is required.
