Summary: We are seeking a technically strong and detail-oriented Oracle Utilities CC&B Technical Developer Lead with QA expertise to oversee both development and quality assurance activities for Oracle CC&B implementations and enhancements. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of designing and developing technical solutions within Oracle CC&B while also establishing and enforcing quality standards across development deliverables. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF), development lifecycle, and QA processes, especially in the context of enterprise utilities systems. Roles & Responsibilities: o Lead the technical development of Oracle CC&B components including algorithms, scripts, batch processes, UI maps, and integrations. o Translate functional and business requirements into high-quality technical designs. o Guide a team of developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines. o Conduct technical design reviews and ensure alignment with architecture and performance guidelines. o Design and implement CC&B integrations using XAI, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware (SOA Suite, MuleSoft, etc.). o Define and enforce QA standards and best practices for Oracle CC&B technical components. o Create and review unit test plans, test cases, and validation scripts for technical deliverables. o Support functional QA teams in system testing, SIT, and UAT phases by preparing test data and validating results. o Drive defect triage, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking for technical issues. o Support automation of test scripts for batch jobs and interface validation (where applicable). Professional & Technical Skills: o Strong hands-on experience with Java, Groovy, Oracle PL/SQL, and OUAF. o Deep understanding of CC&B architecture, batch framework, algorithms, UI configurations, and XAI interfaces. o Experience with QA practices: unit testing, regression testing, defect tracking, and performance tuning. o Familiarity with testing tools (e.g., HP ALM, JIRA, Zephyr), and version control (e.g., Git). o Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. o Strong verbal and written communication skills. Additional Information: - 6+ years of experience with Oracle Utilities CC&B, including 2+ years in a technical leadership role. - A Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience is required -This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
