Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve collaborating with various teams, applying your expertise in technologies and methodologies to support projects and clients effectively. You will also be responsible for guiding your team through challenges, ensuring that the software solutions meet the required standards and client expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: o 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in a product-oriented, live production environment. o 2+ years developing Golang software. o 2+ years' experience building on microservices architecture with AWS o Strong background in building scalable, reliable, and low-latency systems. o Experience with back-end frameworks including GraphQL and Rest. o Proficiency in working with relational databases like PostgreSQL. o Strong understanding of modern web protocols, security concerns, and system integrations Professional & Technical Skills: o Develop, test, and maintain scalable back-end services, APIs, and microservices; Full unit test coverage is mandatory. o Design and implement robust, secure, and reliable systems to handle complex workflows. o Collaborate with US based cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create solutions tailored to Enterprise needs. o Optimize existing back-end systems for performance, scalability, and maintainability. o Implement and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, deployment, and documentation. o Troubleshoot and resolve back-end system issues, ensuring high availability Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Go Programming Language. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - Btech required
