Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the software meets client requirements, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support project goals, and overseeing the development process to ensure quality and efficiency in deliverables. You will engage in problem-solving and decision-making to guide your team effectively, ensuring that all aspects of the software development lifecycle are addressed comprehensively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and best practices. - Experience in integrating Siemens Teamcenter with other enterprise applications. - Familiarity with programming languages relevant to the software development process. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
