Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, applying knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support clients or projects throughout the product lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead and mentor junior team members. - Ensure timely delivery of projects. - Identify and mitigate risks in project execution. - Continuously improve team processes and efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool. - Strong understanding of SAP ABAP programming language. - Experience in developing and optimizing SAP HANA-based applications. - Knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5 development. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex SAP ABAP programs. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
